Slinger 53 Beaver Dam 16

Slinger recorded six pins on Tuesday en route to a 53-16 Little Ten wrestling dual win over Beaver Dam. "You can’t get pinned six times and expect to win a dual," BD coach Jeff Slayton said.

Beaver Dam (4-7, 2-4 LTC) started well as Ethan Piette earned a major decision over Peter Stollberg, 12-0, at 160 pounds. Beaver Dam didn’t earn another win until 119 when Ben Buhalog recorded an 18-2 technical fall of Mike Borst. The Golden Beavers picked up two late wins. Cody Heinze (152) downed Owen Ciraicks, 8-5. Justin Adams (160) earned an 11-3 major decision over Slinger’s Dace Bergatini.
